SRINAGAR, May 17: State Government today cleared the deputation of Pramod Kumar Jain, Director General, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, to the Central Government.
According to the order issued by the General Administration Department, the services of Mr Jain have been placed at the disposal of Union Government for his appointment as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Culture.
Sheikh Ejaz Iqbal, Commissioner Secretary ARI and Trainings Department will hold the charge of the Director General, J&K IMPA in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Meanwhile, Bashir Ahmad Wami, Executive Director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Social Welfare Department.
Hafeeza Muzafar, who was under orders of repatriation in the Rural Development Department, has been transferred and posted as Executive Director, Rehabilitation Council, Social Welfare Department on deputation basis.
Vishal Sharma, who was recently appointed to the Time Scale of KAS and awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Special Assistant to the Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation with immediate effect.
