JAMMU, Nov 19: In connection with celebration of 60th All India Cooperatives Week-2013, JAKFED organized a function here today.
MLA, Chaman Lal Gupta, Registrar Cooperatives, Sudarshan Sharma and other officers were present on the occasion.
It was given out that 36 new sales outlets have been opened during last 3 years while Federation tied-up with NAFED for supply of consumers items to JAKFED. With improved financial health of the Federation, 6th Pay Commission was also implemented for the benefit of the employees who worked with dedication and honesty during this period.
Prof Chaman Lal Gupta, Sudarshan Sharma and others spoke on the occasion and highlighted the benefits and aims of the Cooperative movement.
