JAMMU, Dec 9: In an administrative move, the Jal Shakti Department has transferred Zareena Bano, I/c Head Draftsman, and Seema Yousuf, Draftsman, to the Chief Engineer, Irrigation & Flood Control Department, Kashmir, for further duties.
