JAMMU, Jan 21: To mark 25th National Road Safety Week, Maruti Driving School, Jamkash Vehicleades Private Limited conducted awareness workshop at Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology, being run under the aegis of Jamwal Group of Educational Institutions, here today.
BR Sharma, chief resource person from MDS Jamkash Vehicleades (P) Ltd urged that educational institutions have to pay a pivotal role in generating awareness among youth and road users about the merits of the road safety.
Mr Sharma further said that it is imperative for the masses to avoid over speeding, rash, negligent and dangerous driving and impressed upon the drivers not to use cell phones while driving.
