The people of Jammu and Kashmir are waiting for the restoration of full statehood to them but by the insertion of new sections giving more powers to the LG by amending the Rules U/S 55 of the J&K reorganisation Act 2019 reveals that the Modi government is also hesitating to restore statehood and wants to keep the J&K deprive from democracy,” he added.
