JAMMU, Dec 3: The Jammu Frontier of Border Security Force (BSF) celebrated its Raising Day and organised various programmes at different locations across the region.
In connection with the celebrations, Inspector General BSF Jammu Frontier S S Tomar and Sweety Vinod, acting president BSF Wives Welfare Association Jammu Frontier, distributed seventy quilts among widows and handicapped children of the Force men today.
Besides this, various other cultural programme were also organised besides holding a healthy baby show and talent hunt for the BSF persons and their wards. Mehandi and cooking contest for the BSF women were also organised to mark the occasion. The prizes were also distributed among the winners.
