Jammu not to go Assam way

Sir,
This refers the article “Jammu not to go Assam way” by Shiban Khaibri.  The author has aptly described the way the changes  have taken place over the years in Jammu city. Settlement of Bangladeshis and Rohingyas in Jammu city, that too at specific locations including around Sunjawan military station, has put life of Jammuites in danger. As the world knows, persecution of Rohingyas in Myanmar started in August 2016 which forced them to leave Myanmar and take refuge in other countries. Thus the Rohingyas who came to J&K sometime after 2008 onwards and settled in Jammu & Ladakh by the Government of the day, cannot be treated as refugees. They must really be the terrorists of Myanmar who were hunted out by Myanmar security forces. It is further surprising that they were settled in Jammu, the first stop in J&K and also in  Ladakh which is the fatthest point of the State, and non in Kashmir valley. This clearly speaks of the motive of people in power. People of Jammu should wake up to the dangerous situation before it is too late.
Yours etc…
