JAMMU, Nov 17: Sat Sharma, BJP State president and Yudhvir Sethi, MLA East constituency, extended their heartfelt gratitude to the people of East constituency for their overwhelming support to BJP in the recently concluded Assembly elections, during a programme organized at Mahajan Hall, here, today.
On the occasion, Sat Sharma, was the chief guest while Priya Sethi, National Executive Member (NEM) BJP, Parmodh Kapahi, district president, BJP, and Rajeev Charak, Prabhari Jammu district BJP were also present.
Sat Sharma, in his address, commended the people of East constituency for their unwavering support to the BJP.
He said whole Jammu stamped the Modi Government decision on annulling of controversial Article 370 and total integration of J & K with India.
He added that abrogation of Article 370 was a historic decision.
He highlighted the importance of grass root engagement and the role of dedicated party workers in achieving electoral success. He also praised the visionary leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, under whose guidance Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed transformative development and progress.
Sat Sharma also spoke about the ongoing BJP membership drive in J&K , emphasizing its significance in expanding the party’s reach and ensuring greater representation of people’s voices.
Addressing the gathering, Yudhvir Sethi attributed his electoral success to the relentless efforts of the dedicated BJP workers and the unwavering trust of the people. He expressed his deep commitment to serving the East constituency with enhanced dedication and resolve. “The victory is not mine alone; it belongs to every BJP Karyakarta and the people of East constituency who believed in our vision.”
Yudhvir assured the people of East constituency that he will work tirelessly for their betterment, focusing on addressing key issues, enhancing infrastructure, and ensuring that Government schemes reach every household. He emphasized his commitment to fostering an inclusive and progressive environment in the constituency, promising to be accessible and proactive in resolving public grievances.
Former Minister, Priya Sethi emphasized the transformative development witnessed in Jammu and Kashmir under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. “From infrastructure to welfare schemes, the Modi Government has ushered in a new era of progress in J&K,” she said.
Parmodh Kapahi and Rajeev Charak also addressed the gathering.
