JAMMU, Sept 28: Political and social activist Rishi Kaul Kilam, who is contesting Assembly election from Jammu West as an Independent candidate, today said that during the campaigning he found the constituency in shambles and underdeveloped.
While interacting with media persons, Rishi Kilam said that he is shock on seeing the ground reality sufferings and plight of the residents of Jammu West Assembly constituency which has been left on the mercy of God without any development.
Expressing his vision and mission, he assured voters without any false promises to fight for their issues and problems as he has been working in different capacities with well known organization on national and UT level for the last 15 years
He made a passionate appeal to the voters of his constituency to vote and support him in the best interest of the constituency.
