JAMMU, Dec 24: Amidst chanting of Vedic Vidhi and other Hindu religious rituals, New Year Panchang in the shape of Calendar, published by Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust, was released here today by Pawan Kumar Shastri, President of the Trust.
Pawan Kumar Shastri, while speaking on the occasion, said that this was the 22nd edition of the Panchang Calendar which was started by the Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust in the year 2000.
He further said that this Panchang Calendar-2021, issued by the Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust, has the complete information about the various Hindu festival dates with brief about the special appearance days of the Lord, besides various Hindu rituals fast, Utsav, Panchak falling from January 2021 to December 2021.
Gurdas Sharma, General Secretary of the Trust, while speaking on the occasion, stated that due to COVID-19 pandemic, Trust has performed Puja-Archana in a very simple but impressive d function in Thakur Dwara.
The Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust as usual is committed to send the copy of the Panchang to its respective members, if any of the member who does not receive the copy of the Panchang, the same can be made available to him from our office which he may collect personally, he added.
