JAMMU, Sept 13: Janipur police nabbed an absconder, who was evading his arrest for the past two years.
As per police sources, on specific inputs, police party from Janipur Police Station led by SHO Hilal Azhar conducted a raid in Channi Himmat area and arrested an absconder, who was at large since 2012.
The accused has been identified as Rohan Thappa alias Kallu, son of Vishal Thappa of Gorkha Nagar, Bahu fort.
He was involved in a case registered under FIR number 112/12 under Section 341 and 323 RPC with Police Station Janipur.
Police produced him in the court of law.
