Jasrotia gives loan cheques to people under house for all scheme

KATHUA, Oct 15: Under the house for all, slogan of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, 55 beneficiaries of Kathua block were given the first installment of Rs 50,000 to construct their houses.
In this connection a programme was arranged by Block Development Office (BDO) Kathua under the direction of Assistant Commissioner, Rural Development. On the occasion MLA Kathua Rajeev Jasrotia was chief guest and he distributed the cheque amount to Rs 50,000 among  55 beneficiaries and House Grant Authority letter under Prime Minister Awas Yojana . He has also distributes the cheques amounting to RS 12000 among 140 beneficiaries to construct the toilets under Swach Bharat Mission .
The BDO Kathua, OD Attri gave a brief about the schemes run by Government of India for the upliftment of poor beneficiaries. While addressing MLA Kathua Rajeev Jasrotia said that it was dream of PM Modi that every person should have their own houses . To fulfil the dream of poor people having their own pacca house amount of RS 1.60 Lakh has been sanctioned and also given to them . He said that if any one becomes very poor and did not have BPL certificate or other formalities also would be covered under the schemes.
In this context an Assembly amendment also be granted so that the deserving beneficiaries may not be left due to any cause. He said that the present Government is committed to redress the grievances of every individual becomes standing in last in a queue.
