JAMMU, Jan 23: The Jasrotia Welfare Society has expressed concern over the blocking of the drainage nallahs in Buta Nagar, Pritam Nagar, Basant Nagar Pamposh Colony Sector 4 and Sector 2 Vivek Vihar and urged the concerned authorities to look into the matter as the blocking of the nallahs has caused public nuisance and insanitation.
In a statement issued here, today the Society said that the nallahs water is flowing over roads and lanes at various places putting people to lot of trouble and problems.
It also demanded completion of work of bathrooms near Muthi Chowk, Roop Nagar which is pending for last one year.
