UDHAMPUR, Feb 7: An Army jawan, riding a motorcycle, was knocked to death by an Army vehicle on the National Highway near Rehambal, here today.
The deceased has been identified as identified as Rakesh Kumar (31) of 31 JAK Rifle, son of Nek Ram of Malhar in Udhampur. He was on way from Rehambal to Udhampur when Army vehicle hit his Motorcycle, bearing registration number JK14C- 8649.
Police shifted the injured to District Hospital Udhampur where Doctors declared him as brought dead.
