JCC flays Govt for its anti-employee stance

JAMMU, May 22: Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) of  J&K Government employees today strongly criticized the State Government for its anti-employee stance.
Talking to media-persons here today, its senior leaders Amrik Singh, Balwinder Singh and Ganesh Khajuria alleged that State Government has failed to honour its commitment. The employees have been befooled every time and despite assurances, their pending issues were not resolved. They condemned the anti-employee policies of the State Government.
The JCC leaders further alleged that Government has committed breach of  trust and the pending issues including regularisation of  daily rated/ consolidated workers, enhancement of retirement age, removal of pay disparity  and additional budgetary support to the PSUs  have remained unresolved. They pointed out that the Government must take lesson from the recent Parliamentary elections.
They urged upon the Chief Minister to intervene personally and resolve the pending issues of the employees. Prominent among others present on the occasion included  Rajinder Kumar, Dharminder Singh, Ravi Singh Bhau, Naresh Sharma, Dvanand Gill, Jagdish Raj, Uttam Chand, Satish Dutta, Gopal Singh and others.
