JCC takes up issues with Relief Commissioner

JAMMU, Feb 10: A delegation of Jagti Co-ordination Committee (JCC) led by its chairman BL Kandi met Relief Commissioner.
During the meeting, the delegation highlighted the problems being faced by the migrant families to whom the flats are not allotted and are living with their kith and kin at Jagti.
The delegation stated that these families are facing problems as they could not collect their ration items from erstwhile camps.
Relief Commissioner assured that the registration documents of such families would be transferred to Jagti soon.
The delegation also requested the Relief Commissioner to provide regular power and water supply vis-à-vis ration, release of relief amount, medicines for PHC Jagti in view of the forthcoming Shivratri festival.
Ravi Zutshi, president demanded enhancement in relief amount and restoration of repair work of residential block.
Among others present were AK Labroo, AL Lidhoo, Chand Jee and Sham Lal Tickoo.
