JAMMU, Apr 13: The Jammu Computer Dealer Association (JCDA) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, with enthusiastic participation from IT business owners across Jammu, Udhampur, Akhnoor and other areas of the province.
The meeting was led by Sandeep Malhotra, President JCDA, who presented the action taken report since the last General Body Meeting. He emphasized the importance of unity among members and informed that JCDA is actively taking up the issue of non-payment of long-overdue payments by Government departments to JCDA members.
He also highlighted the successful organization of IT EXPO Jammu and announced the upcoming IT EXPO Jammu 2025, which will bring leading IT brands to the city and promote the latest technological innovations among consumers.
Gurpreet Singh, Treasurer of JCDA, presented the annual audited accounts of the association. The meeting proceedings were conducted by Dr. Gopal Parthasarthi Sharma, General Secretary, who updated members about JCDA’s consistent efforts in lobbying for the establishment of an IT Park and IT Mall in Jammu.
The executive body of JCDA felicitated past presidents and election commissioners for their continued support and guidance. A formal vote of thanks was delivered by R.C. Sharma, Vice President of JCDA.
