JAMMU, Sept 14: JDA Employees Union, Jammu has termed the recent election of a Committee in the organization headed by Rajinder Kumar as null and void which was conducted by Gafoor Dar president National Trade Union Front (NTUF).
The Union in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Ashok Singh its president said JDA Employees Union is duly registered organization with Labour Department under Trade Union Act and the elections could not be held in time due to completion of certain formalities in the Department but the same is under process.
It while rejecting the election conducted by Mr Dar said that Secretary JDA vide his letter has also declared the same as illegal.
