Jha to return, Mishra gets extension

JAMMU, Mar 1: An Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer of 1986 batch of Jammu and Kashmir cadre Lokesh Dutt Jha is set to repatriate to his State cadre after completion of extended term of Central deputation.
His term of Central deputation expires on March 31, official sources said, adding he would be repatriated to Jammu and Kashmir after the completion of his extended term of Central deputation.
Presently, Mr Jha is posted as Joint Secretary (Policy and Planning), Ministry of Home Affairs.
Meanwhile, an IPS officer of 1985 batch of Jammu and Kashmir cadre SK Mishra has been granted three months extension in his Central deputation.
His deputation with the Centre was due to end in June last. With three months extension, the deputation of Mr Mishra would now end in September end.
Mr Mishra is currently services as IG at Border Security Force (BSF) Headquarters in New Delhi.
