JAMMU, Aug 27: Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research today observed “Sanskrit Utsav Mangalkarya”. Sri Pratap Singh; Sanskrit Bharti Purnakali ka Karyakarta; was the chief guest of this program. He was accompanied by Rahul; member of Seva-Bharti as the co-guest.
The function was presided over by Suman Sharma Chairperson, Shri Sain Charitable Trust, Jammu. Managing Directors Ritesh and Ravish while CEOs Japna and Jasudha were also present.
Director Academics Dr.Raghuvir Singh, Principal Dr.Sharada, Vice Principal Dr. Nitin Mahajan attended the function.
The program was organized by the Department of Samhita and Siddhanta. Anjini Kanna, Dr. Jatinder, Dr. Venandana, Dr. Lakshmi Sameer, were the organizers.
The faculties of other Departments and PG students joined the program.
Dr. Lakshmi Sameer delivered the welcome speech in Sanskrit Language.
Assistant Professor Anjini Kanna highlighted the importance of Sanskrit.
Director Academics, Principal, Vice Principal presented the momentos to the guests as a gesture.
The program was anchored by Dr. Lakshmi Sameer in the holy language,” Sanskrit”.
