JAMMU, Dec 9: For the first time in the history of national and international pageants, WAZIR.C, a J&K based women apparel brand founded by Chitvan Wazir has been made the official styling partner for Mrs India World 2022, Sargam Koushal for her Mrs. World 2022 pageant.
Koushal has already left for Las Vegas (USA) to represent India in the prestigious Mrs World Pageant 2022.
WAZIR.C was appointed by Mrs India Inc. Organisation to craft the official garments for Mrs. India that she shall be wearing while representing India at the international platform.
While speaking to the media, Chitvan Wazir said that the garments have been designed keeping in mind the spirit of the brand and the fact that Sargam shall be representing not only our country but also shall be addressing the plight of the women artisans of Kashmir and the need to restore and revive the dying art of Kashmiri handwork and Pashmina.
Wazir.C is an ethical label that employs women artisans from the conflict ridden hamlets of Kashmir and intends to revive and restore the dying Kashmiri heritage and handwork.
Wazir said: “Through this opportunity, the brand, through Mrs World stage would like to being out the message of peace with our theme being ‘Let Peace Prevail’ to the global platform so that our country is put on the right pedestal, upholding the values with which we have always been associated with like peace, equality and love.”
