J&K boys return from Ropar after completing training in Automobile Engg

JAMMU, Sept 9: 28 young boys of J&K returned from TATA Motors, Ropar after having successfully completed a 13-week training programme organized by the Indian Army and TATA Strive at Ropar.
The training included theory as well practical classes at TATA Motors on Automobile Engineering, as a part of the Certified Automobile Service Technical Training Course. The team of these young men was flagged-in by Lt Gen GS Dhillon, Chief of Staff, Northern Command at Udhampur.
Sharing their experiences, students expressed their joy and happiness and felt empowered and self-confident on the successful culmination of the certified training. Some of them conveyed that they will never forget the lasting impressions and nostalgic memories of their time spent together.
The faculty of TATA Strive and senior delegates from TATA Motors to include their top management, who were also present during the flagging-in ceremony expressed their appreciation at the uptake and commitment shown by these young men in acquiring knowledge and picking up skills. TATA Motors also disbursed Appointment letters for employment with their dealerships and certificates for the training to the students.
Lt Gen GS Dhillon during his interaction with the youths, encouraged them to scale greater heights. He wished them all the very best in their lives ahead and exhorted them to exploit this training for their future growth and development.
