JAMMU, June 20: J&K Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India , in association with Committee on Economic , commercial laws & WTO of ICAI , organized a workshop on Companies Act 2013 & Overview on Black Money.
CA. Naveen N. D Gupta, Central Council Member, ICAI & CA. Munish Saraogi , & CA. Parveen Kumar were the guest speakers. In the first & second Technical Sessions, CA. Munish Saraogi & CA. Parveen Kumar, deliberated at length on Technicalities & overview of Schedule II, accounts & Schedule III, CARO & Audit Report of Companies Act 2013 & addressed the queries of members pertaining to issues relating to the topic Later on, in the third Technical Session, CA. Naveen N.D Gupta, gave the overview of Black money (Undisclosed Foreign Income & Assets ) & Imposition of Tax Act , 2015.
Chairman J&K Branch, CA. Anil Sharma, delivered the inaugural address & while welcoming the guests, emphasized on the importance of the topics of the seminar.
CA. Shalay Razdan, Secretary J&K Branch of ICAI, conducted the proceedings & CA. Deepak Kapahi , Vice-Chairman presented the vote of thanks. A large number of Chartered Accountants participated in the seminar.
