JAMMU, Mar 16: JK Electronics Ears, a prime speech and hearing clinic today organized free hearing screening camp at Gandhi Nagar.
During the camp, Dr Shalabh Sharma, ENT Specialist from Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi along with Navneet Gupta, Consultant, Audiologist, Speech Pathologist and Puneet Gupta, Hearing Aid expert screened around 12 deaf and dumb children.
Out of 12 children, 11 children were ruled out that they could hear and speak with the help of Cochlear implantation.
Earlier, the four children to whom the Cochlear was implanted can hear and speak now.
