JAMMU, Jan 6: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has outlined guidelines for granting Concurrent Charge Allowance to Judicial Officers under Rule 5 of the J&K Judicial Officers (Allowances, Amenities, and Advances) Rules, 2024.
As per an order, Judicial Officers handling additional responsibilities in another court will receive 5% of the additional post’s scale for 10-15 days and 10% for 15-30 days, subject to certification by the concerned District or Administrative Judge
