JAMMU, Jan 4: J&K Housing Board has been designated as Nodal Agency for operationalization and updation/maintenance of J&K Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) web portal and its website.
An order in this regard was issued today by the Housing & Urban Development Department, according to which the Housing Board will act as the Nodal Agency till a secretariat is put in place for J&K RERA or till further orders.
