JAMMU, Mar 27: The Public Works (R&B) Department of Jammu and Kashmir has directed all in-charge Engineers to immediately upload their Annual Performance Reports (APRs), Work & Conduct/Integrity Certificates on the JKPWDOMS portal, along with fresh posting details on the Vigilance Clearance System (VCS) portal.
