JAMMU, Dec 16: The Public Works (Road & Buildings) Department has issued a final notice to Punit Pal Singh, Incharge Assistant Executive Engineer (Mechanical) at RTIC Jammu, over his unauthorized absence from duties.
Singh has been directed to resume work immediately and provide an explanation for his absence.
Failure to comply will result in action under Article 128 of the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Service Regulation, 1956, without any further notice.
