Rakesh Sharma has been elected as chairman, Ashok Kumar Bansal as president, Romesh Singh and Ashwani Koul as senior vice presidents, Sunil Bhat, Raj Kumar, Ashwani Jandial, Janak Raj Sharma, Kuldeep Singh, Ram Paul and Vinay Gupta as vice presidents, Sunil Kumar Sharma as general secretary, Sandeep Gupta and Sanjay as secretaries, Sudesh Verma, as assistant secretary, Pawan Kumar as press secretary, Suresh Kumar and Vikram Gupta as assistant press secretaries, Manoj Gupta as propaganda secretary, Harjinder Singh as assistant propaganda secretary, Ashwani Badyal, Sat Pal and Raj Nath Raina as associate organizers.
