J&K treading path of inclusive development: Slathia

SAMBA, Feb 11: J&K BJP vice president, Surjeet Singh Slathia today said Jammu and Kashmir is treading towards the path of inclusive and holistic development with renewed vigour as per the vision of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, adding that results are discernible at ground zero.
Welcoming hundreds of public spirited Karyakartas on their joining the BJP, at a specially held function here this afternoon, Slathia said J&K’s developmental odyssey, in consonance with Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas, is key to transforming this part of the country that has witnessed most difficult and traumatic phase due to disturbed conditions during three decades.
“However, the situation has undergone major turnaround post August 2019 with peace dawning and development getting new impetus due to the concerted efforts of the Government”, he said, adding that in this journey of overall transformation every segment of the society is working towards strengthening the hands of Narendra Modi to carry forward his mission of nation building.
Slathia said the agenda of inclusiveness has instilled a sense of confidence and hope among the people, who have been craving for marching ahead as proud Indians to become part of the country’s growth story.
Slathia said that due to dedicated efforts of the BJP led Government at the Centre the nation is at the threshold of becoming a world leader under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the nations across continents have already started looking towards India with a hope of being instrumental in resolving complex issues like conflict, challenges on the fronts of terrorism and climate, fighting poverty, disease, illiteracy and hunger, besides strengthening democratic values, he added.
On the occasion several people under the leadership of Slathia and district president, BJP Samba, Kashmira Singh joined the party. District general secretary, Amit Dubey and Omkar Padha and Mandal president, Ankush Mahajan were present in the programme.Those who joined the BJP included Mohinder Singh, Panthers Party district president, Vipin Kumar also from JKNPP, Sanjay Attri from AAP, Romesh Attri, Vipin Bhagat and others.
