JAMMU, July 25: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy CM, Kavinder Gupta here today while addressing a SC Sammelan in Bahu constituency claimed that J&K has seen remarkable changes in recent years.
He highlighted that PM Modi led government has brought transformative changes across various sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, education and tourism.
“The era of stone-pelting, Hartals and calendars issued by Hurriyat leaders has ended now,” Gupta maintained adding, “Under the Government led by PM Modi, Kashmir valley has witnessed flourishing tourism sector and vibrant economic activities.”
He said that J&K youth is now engaged in productive work and is contributing to region’s growth.
Highlighting the benefits of centrally-sponsored schemes, Kavinder pointed out that every segment of the society is now benefiting from these initiatives.
He stressed the party workers on the importance of focusing on upcoming Assembly elections.
“Our task is to connect with the people, educate them about BJP’s key achievements and ensure a decisive victory for the party in forthcoming polls,” Gupta continued.
