JOURIAN, Feb 5: J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages today organized a Dogri Mushaira at Government Higher Secondary School, Jourian.
Dr Krishan Lal, MLA was the chief guest and Suresh Khajuria, a poet and incharge Principal of the school presided over the function. The others who graced the occasion on the dice were Pinki Gupta, Principal of the school, Ashok Gupta,Editor Dogri and Dr Rattan Lal Basotra, Asstt. Editor.
Three students of the school recited their poetry written on the spot. These students were Rajan Kumar, Sajan Sharma, Vishal Sharma, and Deepak Singh. Their poetry was appreciated by all.
Those who participated in the mushaira were Dr Krishan Lal, Suraj Parkash, Subash Chandra, Prem Nath Radhey, Joginder Pal Jindal, Rajinder Kumar Ranjha, Roshan Lal Bral, Suresh Sharma, Ghar Singh Ghar, Harbans Lal Harsh, Indu Bhushan Bali, Ashok Khajuria, Sudershan Kumar Sharma, Koushal Singh and Ranbir Singh Sagar.
