JKAACL organizes symposium on ‘Hindi Kahani-Kavita’

JAMMU, Feb 28: J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) here today organized a symposium on ‘Hindi Kahani-Kavita’ (Ek Sangam) at K.L Saigal Hall.
The opening session of the programme was presided over by P.N Trisal, a noted writer, in the presence of Bharat Singh, Secretary, JKAACL; Chand Deepika, Santosh Sangra and Sheikh Mohd. Kalyan.
Secretary JKAACL gave the welcome address and introductory remarks regarding the event.
In presidential address P.N Trisal lauded the efforts of JKAACL for presenting such events.
Eminent writers of Hindi literature who presented their short stories in the opening session were Suman Sharma, Rajinder Narang, Naresh Kumar Udas, Santosh Sangra and Chand Deepika. The session was conducted by Veena Sharma.
The short story session was followed by poetry session in which poets who presented their poems were Suneeta Kumari, Kusum Dhar, Sumeeta Sudan, Monika Khosla, Anil Abrol, Sanjay Kapil, Raj Kumar Raj, Deepak Kumar, Sanjeev Khajuria, Sohan Verma, Sanjay Vidrohi, Sanjeev Sharma, Harish Kaila, Sheikh Mohd. Kalyan, Dr. Ashok Kumar, Anila Singh Charak, Capt. Lalit Sharma, Shyam Bihari, Surinder Sharma, Vageesh Sharma, Indu Bhushan Bali and Ashok Baigra. This session was presided over by renowned writer, Nirmal Vinod.
Chanchal Sharma, Assistant Editor Hindi, JKAACL presented vote of thanks.
