JAMMU, Sept 30: During a function here today organised by SR College of Competitions, the JKAS-2022 batch qualifiers got professional advices from senior bureaucrats.
More than 100 qualifiers of JKAS-2022 batch attended the function.
Dr. Raghav Langer, Secretary, Planning Development and Monitoring Department was chief guest while Prashant Jha, OSD to MoS PMO; Shakti Pathak, DIG Jammu-Samba-Kathua Range and Dr. Koshal Sharma, Commandant 19th Bn IRP were guests of honour.
Parveen Sharma, Director of SR College of Competitions updated the gathering about the latest initiatives of the institute for providing best coaching facilities to the aspiring youth and talked about starting batches for college going students desirous of cracking Civil Services and also online coaching facilities being started by SR College of Competitions.
Dr. Raghav Langer while addressing the qualifiers and other distinguished guests recounted his personal association with SR College as a Civil Services aspirant himself.
He advised all the qualifiers to continue their journey towards excellence and cautioned them about public perception of civil servants.
Prashant Jha advised the qualifiers to work hard for better efficiency in service delivery in whichever department they are posted.
Dr. Koshal Sharma also spoke on the occasion.
All the qualifiers were given mementos by the chief guests and guests of honour.
Faculty members were also honoured with mementos.
Dr. Gopal Parthasarthi Sharma presented welcome address while Gautam Kumar presented vote of thanks. The programme was compeered by Amar Chauhan.
