JAMMU, Jan 3: A delegation of Jammu Kashmir Agriculture Technocrats Association, led by JKATA President Dr Surinder Radotra, called on Chief Secretary Atul Dulloo and discussed with him several burning issues of the cadre.
Publication of final seniority and conduct of promotion of AEAs to JAEO & regularising incharge JAEO as confirmed JAEO (both regions) was taken up for discussions in the meeting.
Dr Surinder Radotra stressed for publication of final seniority of AEA at UT level as there has been no progress on the tentative seniority list for the last ten months. He demanded immediate conduct of DPC of AEA, which is pending since 2017.
JAEOs (incharge) should be confirmed as JAEOs substantively with retrospective effect to be determined from the due date i.e April 2017, he added and requested that a common seniority list at UT Level, as per Date of Confirmation as a AEA 2014, 2015, 2016, may be prepared and notified in a time bound manner for the purposes of promoting JAEOs to the post of AEOs.
According to a press release, the Chief Secretary assured that all the grievances would be addressed within time period.
The delegation comprised of Babu Hussain Malik, State president of EJAC (R), Naresh Sharma, Nazir Ahmed, Jyoti, Amit, Rafiq Malik and others.
