JAMMU: The J&K State Board of School Education has declared the result of Higher Secondary Exam Part-ll (12th Class) Session Annual 2019, Regular, Summer Zone, JD on 10-05-2019. A total of 38964 candidates were enrolled in the said examination, out of which 24045 candidates have passed the examination and the overall pass %age remained 62%. The pass %age of boys is 57% whereas pass %age of girls is 67%.

The overall pass %age of the students who appeared through Govt. Schools remained 55.70% whereas the pass %age of Pvt. Schools remained 73.07%. The Govt. Schools also managed to secure 03,02,03 and 03 in the faculty of Science, Commerce, Arts and Home Science respectively. The Chairman JKBOSE Prof. Veena Pandita has congratulated all the successful candidates and wished them all the best for their future endeavours and has also advised those who could not succeed, not to lose hope and put more efforts as there is always a scope for improvement. About four Lakh answer scripts of theory and practical examination have been got evaluated by BOSE by putting its best efforts and has tried to declare the result in shortest possible time.
