JAMMU, May 17: J&K Grameen Bank Officers’ Association (JKGBOA), affiliated with All India Regional Rural Bank Employees’ Association (AIRRBEA), held elections and elected its new office bearers.
Gulshan Rana was elected as President, Satvinder Singh as General Secretary and Naina Gupta as the Vice President. Anil Verma was elected as Assistant General Secretary, Lalit Kumar as Cash Secretary, and Ashray was elected as Assistant Cash Secretary.
Election was conducted under the supervision of Viney Mehra, who was Election Returning Officer. A total of 478 officers from all the branches of JK Grameen Bank cast their votes and elected new office bearers.
The newly elected body assured that it would exclusively work for the welfare of employees of the bank and betterment of the institution. It further assured that it would work like a bridge between the employees and the management of the bank.
