JAMMU, Jan 29: A deputation of JK Medical Employees Federation (JKMEF) today met Director, Family Welfare, at his office and put forth the problems being faced by health employees.
Led by president, JKMEF, Dharminder Singh Bhargav, the deputation raised the issue of Female Multi Purpose Health Workers (FMPHWs) and LHVs with Director, Family Welfare, Baldev Raj Sharma.
The deputation apprised the Director that no seniority list of 2211 FMPHWs has been made by the department. Moreover, the salary of 2211 head is also lying pending since 10 months, the deputation added.
The Director on the spot issued a letter to Director, Health Services, Jammu, to furnish the service particulars of FMPHWs and LHVs to conduct their DPC. He also assured that pending salary of 2211 head will be released within one month.
Besides others, Sunita Sharma, Amina Chowdhary, Jasveer Kaur, Vipin Kumari, Neelam Sharma and Mamta Sharma were part of the deputation.
