JAMMU, Sept 8: Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation (JKMEF), Jammu today demanded release of salary of employees of 2211-Head.
The demand was raised during a meeting of the Federation held today under the chairmanship of Sushil Sudan, president of the Federation. During the meeting, threadbare discussion was held on various issues being faced by the employees of the Health and Family Welfare Department.
Sushil Sudan appealed Director General, Family Welfare MCH & Immunization, for immediate release of salary of employees of 2211-Head whose salary is pending for last 3 months. He also appealed the Director General to direct the Administrative Officer of Family Welfare, MCH & Immunization Department to be available in Jammu office so that the orders of Time Bound Promotion cases can be issued in favour of the employees of the Family Welfare Department, whose cases are pending since last one and half year.
Those who participated in the meeting were Neelam Kumari, Surya Akhter, Sapna, Anita Bhagat, Parfulat Singh, Kamal Jit Sawhney, S R P Singh, Darminder Singh, Jaswinder Singh, Bharat Bhushan Bhagat, Madan Sharma, Mohd Nadeem, Ajay Phool, Choudary Aslam and Mohd Saleem.
