JAMMU, Nov 25: Demanding age relaxation, JKP Constable and JKPSI Aspirants staged a protest outside the BJP office here today.
The protest was led by Mehran Anjum Mir, Youth Leader and Social Activist.
Speaking on the occasion, Mir said that after many years Jammu Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) is going to start recruitment of JKP Constable and SI recruitment.
“It is very unfortunate that every state in our country has given age relaxation due to COVID Pandemic, it is only the JKSSB, which has initiated the process of recruitment without giving any age relaxation,” he said.
Mehran said that it is injustice with the Youth of J&K.
We are demanding the age relaxation from the BJP leadership and Lieutenant Governor.
Earlier, we met with BJP President, Sat Sharma, who assured us that he will talk to Lieutenant Governor for the grant of age relaxation, now we are waiting for the response from the BJP leaders.
