JAMMU, Feb 15: The dead body of a follower of J&K Police (JKP) was found late last night in recreational hall of District Police Line (DPL), Jammu.
According to a police spokesman, the follower identified Jagjeet Singh (30) son of Surjeet Singh, a resident of Ranibagh Satwari, was found dead at recreational hall of DPL Jammu in mysterious condition.
The dead body was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where after conducting post mortem today, it was handed over to its legal heirs for last rites.
A case in this connection has been registered at concerned police station and inquest proceedings initiated under Section 174 Cr PC.
