JAMMU, Dec 21: JKPDCL during an inspection drive of electric connections today disconnected 14 connections of domestic and commercial installations for nonpayment of dues.
A handout stated that 59 connections were inspected in Channi Himmat and Trikuta Nagar areas.
The inspection drive was started on the directions of Chief Engineer JKPDCL Jammu wherein a team of officials of Electric Sub Division-I, JKPDCL Green Belt led by Assistant Executive Engineer under the direct supervision of Executive Engineer Electric Division II Gandhi Nagar Jammu carried on the operation.
JKPDCL has requested electric consumers to clear the outstanding amount at the earliest to avoid disconnections.
