JKPHDA hopeful of support from new Govt

Srinagar, Oct 22: The J&K Private Hospital & Dialysis Centers Association (JKPHDA) today expressed hope that the new government will support and address the issues faced by the private healthcare sector in Jammu and Kashmir.
Faizan Mir, president of JKPHDA’s Kashmir division, issued a statement expressing optimism that the new Health Minister will elevate the health sector.
“We are hopeful that with her expertise, she will be instrumental in upgrading the health sector and resolving the serious challenges faced by private hospitals,” he said.
The president further emphasized that the private health sector in J&K not only provides medical services to the general public but also contributes to the economic development of the region by generating employment for the youth.
Sandeep, president of JKPHDA’s Jammu division, highlighted that the facilities provided by the private healthcare sector have significantly relieved the general population. “Undoubtedly, the private sector has reshaped the healthcare landscape in J&K,” he stated.
He added that continued support and encouragement from the Health Minister are essential for the sector’s growth and praised the Minister for leaving a positive impact during her previous roles in various departments.
