JAMMU, Mar 13: Jammu and Kashmir Rehbar-E-Taleem Teachers Forum has demanded a comprehensive transfer policy for the RET teachers.
RET Teachers, particularly the female teachers married outside their zones and areas are the worst sufferer and facing mental trauma because of no transfer policy,” said Farooq Ahmed, Chairman JKRETTF, while addressing a press conference, here today.
He also highlighted other issues and demands of RET Teachers, who are facing stagnation and other hardships for the last two decades.
The JKRETTF Chairman also demanded replacement of New Pension Scheme with the Old Pension Scheme for the employees in Jammu and Kashmir.
On the occasion, JKRETTF Chairman announced nomination of Rajesh Paul Singh from Udhampur as Provincial President of the Forum.
Others, who were presence in the press conference, included Jhangir Alam Khan, M A Wani, Shiv dev Singh, Tariq raja, Assadullah Wani, Karan Singh, Karnail Singh, Balwan Singh, Jainder Singh, Jaswant Singh and executive body members of the Forum.
