Srinagar, June 16: Government today said Jammu and Kashmir State Road Transport Corporation (JKSRTC) intends to ply its services on different routes of Jammu like Basant Garh-Dudu and Majalta -Thail, subject to augmentation of fresh fleet.
In a written reply to a question of MLA,Ranbir Singh Pathania in Lower House, Minister incharge Transport stated that JKSRTC in future intends to operate its services on routes like Basantgarh- Dudu, Chowki- Manwal, Majalta- Thail, Jofar and Ramnagar, subject to augmentation of fresh fleet.
“As on date no service is being operated by the JKSRTC in Ramnagar Assembly segment. However, JKSRTC will explore possibility of operation of services as soon as, the augmentation of fleet takes place,” the Minister stated.
