JAMMU, Apr 9: Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum has expressed its concern over delay in adjustment of 581 Masters, who were dropped out from the promotion list because of their distance mode degrees.
A meeting of the Forum was held today under the chairmanship of Rajinder Gupta for discussing the issue. The meet lamented that despite cancellation of the Government order on screening of the candidates holding distance mode degrees, the Education Department was not issuing adjustment order in favour of 581 promotees of 2014.
The meet urged the Education Minister to issue necessary direction to DSEJ in this regard, without further delay.
