The delegation comprising of TN Razdan, Ajey Bharti and Sanjay Ganjoo submitted a memorandum to him.
The memorandum demanded a sustained campaign be undertaken by the Commission to ensure 100% registration of eligible voters, M Forms be dispensed with immediately and voting in person be ensured,  EPICs be issued to all voters with their past and present address printed on it and voting booths for the community be increased to make it possible for the voters to reach there conveniently.
It also demanded that electoral rolls of Kashmir valley be made available to the community in English or Devnagri.
