JKYSAC demands liberation of PoK

JAMMU, Mar 28: JK Youth Sharnarthi Action Committee (JKYSAC) today strongly raised the demand of liberation of Pak occupied Kashmir (PoK) from the illegal possession of Pakistan and asked the PDP-BJP coalition Government to start process in this connection.
While addressing a meeting of the committee, RC Sharma, president, JKYSAC asked the Mufti Mohammad Sayeed to raise the issue of liberation of PoK from the illegal occupation of Pakistan as PoK refugees are anxious to settle back in their native places.
He said that PoK refugees were waiting since their exodus to go back their native place but now the firmness of Mufti Mohammed Sayeed, Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir has strengthened the hope of PoK refugees to settle back at their native place. He asked Mufti to prepare ‘Self Rule policy’ to re-unite the unfortunate divided State and retrieve the PoK from Pakistan, within the constitution of India.
Sharma said that meanwhile the State Government and Centre should provide relief and rehabilitation package to the suffering PoK refugees including the creation of Refugee Development Board; defreezing of 12 MLA seats out of 24 reserved seats for PoK; equal allotment of land to the PoK refugees as per the record as how many they have left in PoK; 10 percent reservation in Government jobs; Rs 15000 per month for per family of PoK refugees according to the existing families; health insurance upto Rs 10 lakh per member; free  power supply in PoK refugees’ camps; free water supply in PoK refugees’ camps; etc.
Inviting the attention of Prime Minister, he asked him to prepare a strategy from day one to liberate the native place of PoK refugees within a period of one year so that they may get settled there.
