JAMMU, Mar 20: The Enforcement wing of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) led by Enforcement Officer today sealed a building which was being converted for commercial purpose unauthorizedly by one Tanveer Ahmed at Qasim Nagar here.
A handout of JMC stated that there was violation of land use of the area as per the provisions of Jammu Maser Plan 2032.
The action has been taken on the instruction of Avny Lavasa, JMC Commissioner under the supervision of Ashish Gupta, Joint Commissioner JMC.
JMC has appealed to the general public to refrain from making illegal constructions and get building plans whether commercial/residential approved from the Corporation otherwise action as admissible under rules including demolition/sealing of the building will be taken.
