LOS ANGELES, Nov 11: Singer John Mayer is set to make a music comeback with his single “Love on the Weekend”.
The 39-year-old musician took to Instagram and Twitter to announce
his first new project since 2014’s single “XO”.
Mayer shared an image of “Love on the Weekend” on a pink background with “11/17” written on it. The song is expected to be released on Thursday, November 17.
Radio personality Melissa Chase also posted a photo of “Love on the Weekend” CD along with caption, “Got to preview the new John Mayer… Not gonna lie, it’s pretty rad for this die-hard Deadhead to hear the influence Dead & Co has had on his guitar playing. Can’t wait to play it for y’all on @1037play #johnmayer #gratefuldead #1037Play.” (PTI)
